Also included, a cocktail named Pineapple Action Party.

What happens when Singapore's dude food extraordinare teams up with tongue-in-cheek rooftop bar Loof? Why, a gluttonous, guilt-less menu of locally inspired bar bites, of course. And that's exactly what's on offer starting Oct 1.

Now, normally we don't really make a big to-do about places doing all-new menus, except this one is pretty intriguing. Loof has hired Bjorn Shen, of Artichoke, Bird Bird and Neh Neh Pop infamy, to completely overhaul things, and they're calling the result "dude-Sin". So, okay, yes, it sounds pretty gimmicky, but is that really going to stop you? Probably not. Besides, we have full faith in Bjorn's ideas and execution, if his post-midnight Thai burgers at Bird Bird are anything to go by.

Take the Bacon Lollipop ($16), for example. It involves charred pancetta on a skewer and a maple syrup-y crust of groundnuts and pho herbs. The California Crackers ($14), too, strike a fun balance between fancy and trashy, in which crispy wonton chips get the California maki roll treatment: spicy mayo, nori, ebiko and avocado. Then, of course, there are late-night pleasures like the Bak Chor Mee Grilled Cheese ($18) and their own take on the ramly burger.

The cocktail menu also got a sprucing up, and notable concoctions include the Style Milo ($19), with Milo, spiced rum, roselle and other aromatic stuff, and the to-be-shared Pineapple Action Party (with cucumber-infused tequila, coconut milk and pineapple, $36).
