French restaurant D’Sens has introduced a new business lunch set menu (Mon-Fri 11:30am-2pm) by Chef Wilfried Hocquet, the former chef at Quince who has worked with the Michelin-starred Pourcel brothers before. The three-course lunch (B950) lets you choose from four appetizers, main dishes and desserts, while the two-course menu is B800 (B900 with non-alcoholic drink or glass of wine). Pair up the chef’s recommended dishes like Caesar salad and braised lamb shoulder with sweet spices, poached turnips and Moroccan condiment with French brioche toast, fresh strawberries with thyme and sherbet for dessert.
