Where's the beef?

Through Jun 30, District Grill Room and Bar is offering a special a la carte menu featuring fine cuts of Australian beef, expertly selected by one of Australia’s top butchers, Vince Gareffa of Mondo Meats.

The butcher brings to Bangkok the likes of grass-fed Harvey Beef  and grain-fed Stockyard wagyu.

Expect dishes like succulent sirloin, hearty wagyu tail consomme, shank and cheek braised in red wine sauce and smoked wagyu rump carpaccio by executive chef Nathan Chilcott, with prices starting from just B690.
