Moreover, new executive chef Raymond Rosso is bringing his Southern French cooking training with him, offering dishes like coq au vin (using organic free range rooster in wine sauce, B295), la bourride (B295), bouillabaisse (a kind of fish soup, B350), pan-bagnat (B250) and more.
