The mastermind behind one of Singapore's top restaurants visits Bangkok this month
A chance to try Tippling Club, named Asia's 31st best restaurant and 12th best bar.
This Nov 25-26, the chef-owner of Tippling Club in Singapore, Ryan Clift, visits Vertigo to present a taste of his much-praised food and booze.
Opened in 2008, the restaurant is known for its modern, avant-garde cuisine and innovative cocktails. Not only was Tippling Club named no. 31 in this year's Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant list, it also placed no. 12 in the inaugural Asia’s 50 Best Bars list.
The British-born chef will present signature dishes like charred and smoked peppers, foie gras with apple, walnut and date, and John Dory with roast cauliflower and masala veloute, plus cocktails said to span sweet, sour, dry, bitter, fruity and smoky.
The six-course dinner sets you back B4,900 or B7,700 with wine pairing.
