Two new brunch options have arrived on the weekend dining scene: the very chic Sunday brunch at The Eugenia (267 Sukhumvit Soi 31, 02-259-9011) has recently undergone an overhaul and is now available on Sat-Sun from 11:30am-3pm. For B1,590 per person, you get a pastry and preserves spread, coffee, juice, a glass of sparkling wine and dishes like oeuf a la bourguignonne (poached egg in red wine with white truffle sabayon) and homemade gnocchi with duck ragu. And over at Tables (Grand Hyatt Erawan, Rachdamri Rd., 02-254-1234), the Sunday brunch buffet gets an Old World twist with a spread that includes Boston lobster, Champagne risotto and Sunday roast. B1,400 per person, B580 extra for free-flow Prosecco, wine, beer and soft drinks.
