Most of us were heartbroken when chefs Duangporn “Bo” Songvisava and Dylan Jones announced their permanent closure of Bo.lan in May last year. But now the couple have unveiled a special dining experience at the same establishment on Sukhumvit Soi 53. 

 

Throughout the year, their temporary fine-dining experience is set to run from Mar 28 to Dec 12 and still follows the couple’s zero-waste philosophy and celebration of local ingredients. 

 

As there will be limited seating up to 12 people per round, we highly suggest you call them early. The price starts at B4,800++, while a wine-pairing option will cost B3,200++.
