Chefs Dylan Jones and Bo Songvisava of Bo.lan have teamed up with local craft beer pioneers Full Moon Brew Works, best known for Chalawan Pale Ale and Chatri IPA, to launch a Thai-style izakaya boasting fresh craft beers on tap.

Err Chalawan stays far enough from the mother branch’s Michelin-star aspirations, but you’re still getting the same meticulous attention to detail and execution as at Bo.lan. The focus is on quality ingredients sourced from ethical producers, no matter the ingredient.

Here, the menu spans grilled finger foods like the spicy “sober” skewers (B130) and Isaan sausage made with gaba rice (B280); local additions like southern yellow curry with seafood (B495) and fresh Phuket spring rolls (B95); and unusual sidekicks like red curry fritters (B180) and a salad of deep-fried organic eggs (B150).

Craft beers on tap feature a smattering of experimental brews and guest additions from outside Full Moon.
