The signature is their version of Basque burnt cheesecake, which comes in four sizes: four inches (B190), five inches (B280), six inches (B480) and seven inches (B720). If you’re in a tropical mood, go for the mango cheesecake with passion fruit jelly topped with fresh fruit and mango sphere (four inches; B200). Recently, they started making mini blueberry cheesecakes (B105) and green tea-flavored Basque currant cheesecakes (from B220), so you can expect new flavors and treats in the future, too.
