You won't find another restaurant like Il Fumo in Bangkok. Full stop.
At Il Fumo’s grand old villa, Portuguese head chef Nelson Amorim gives Bangkok a rare taste of his homeland’s vibrant food culture while cooking on open flames using house-made charcoal.
This Mar 22-31, Apr 1-7, Il Fumo is taking part in BK's Top Tables Champions dinner series, giving you a chance to taste a special five-course menu of chef Amorim’s Portuguese flavors for just B1,900++/person. Considering tasting menus here usually start from B2,800, that's a deal!
Among the tantalizing dishes are his take on meia desfeita, a cod dish salad with blood orange emulsion, chickpeas and olive oil ice cream; piri-piri chicken with plankton marino; and arroz doce, Portuguese rice pudding spiked with honey, lemon and Kampot black pepper.
