Arabesque (68/1 Sukhumvit Soi 2, 02-656-9440) is a new addition to the Arab community on lower Sukhumvit. Decorated in a Middle Eastern style, it serves lunch and dinner, and promises yet simple dishes like tajines (chicken or lamb stews, B220), fattah with beef, oxtail or chicken breasts (B200) and the chef’s special, fish sayadieh (fish stuffed with garlic, onion and lemon served with sayadieh rice, B500).
