French luxury chocolate brand Hugo & Victor has opened a Bangkok pop-up shop, at Emquartier's deli-slash-decor store Another Story.

Running from Dec 1 through Feb 14, 2016 (yep, Valentine’s!), the kiosk's highlights are Hugues Pouget's delicious half-sphere chocolate bonbons, presented in stylish, black hardcover notebook boxes and packed with luscious fillings like lime, orange and caramel. Prices start at B800. Other offerings include chocolate bars, vanilla marshmallows, lemon pound cake, chestnut pavlova and financiers. 

Innovative patissier and chocolatier Pouget formerly worked as executive pastry chef at the three-Michelin-star restaurant Guy Savoy, where he won the French Dessert Championship in 2003. His career has also included stints at Laduree and Le Bristol Hotel. He opened his own pastry shop in 2010.
