American chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Andy Ricker is returning to Bangkok this March.

As well as being a a two-time James Beard Award winner and the best-selling author of three cookbooks ("Food and Stories from the Streets, Homes, and Roadside Restaurants of Thailand," 2013; "The Drinking Food of Thailand," 2017;  "Pok Pok Noodles," 2019), Ricker is the chef and owner of Pok Pok Restaurants in the US, which deal in creative Thai and Southeast Asian flavors and enjoy a cult following. He now owns a farm on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, where he spends his time developing recipes and working the land.

The chef will be bringing a Southeast Asian menu of skewers, bao and bak kut teh to Jua on Mar 7 (6pm), followed by a showcase of his Whiskey Soda Lounge bar, complete with drinking food, at Err on Mar 8.
