Chef Top and Michelle from Mia will team up with Ferran Tadeo from Embassy Room for a one-night-only truffle lover’s dream on July 13.
 
The event will take place at the chic, charming Mia, which ranked No. 4 at BK’s Top Tables 2022 awards. Founders Pongcharn “Top” Russell and Michelle Goh, known for their seasonal tasting menus that blend Asian ingredients and European flavors, will both be on hand to lend their expertise to the dishes. 
 
Catalan-born chef Ferran Tadeo from Embassy Room will be on hand to add his expertise to the evening, a chef who’s worked with Catalunya and La Rambla in Hong Kong and who refined his skills chef Ferran Adria.
 
The menu, priced at B5,850 and a wine pairing with B8,950, will feature a selection of snacks along with a cold starter of Gambero Rosso with Hokkaido scallops and truffle dashi with caviar. The hot starter is homemade canelon with idiazabal cheese and truffle demi glace. The mains are John Dory gnocchi with red prawn and Margaret river beef with jerusalem artichokes—both with truffle. 
 
The Bangkok-based Truffle Hill by Verduno will be sourcing all the truffles for the evening, and every dish will feature their selections. Truffle Hill was Australia’s first commercial truffière, specializing in fresh Black Perigord Truffles.
