[Sponsored] Rooftop cocktails are a time-honored tradition in Singapore. If you've already hit the usual suspects a hundred times, take note of the latest addition to the scene: the all-new, after-work tipples cocktail list at Me@OUE. The leafy, 19th-floor CBD rooftop has reimagined spirit-forward classic cocktails with its new list of signatures. Order these up with their all-new tapas.

Old Embury

What is it: A smooth, spirit-forward blend of 12 Year Old Singleton and the strong, cider flavors of AppleJack, the Old Embury also gets a bit of Carpano Bianco vermouth, Angostura Bitters and a Gala apple garnish.
Get if you like: The closest cousin to the Old Embury is the Britsh cocktail The Thistle, though it has a whisky-bitters backbone not unlike the Old Fashioned. If those are a touch too strong for you, the fruitiness of the Old Embury should sit just fine.

Looking Sharp

What is it: Perfect for the balmy days we're having, this one involves the aromatic St. George Botanivore Gin, shaken with raspberry, peach and mint and topped with lemon juice and Burma Tonic.
Get it if you like: This reminds us of a lighter, fizzier, more tropical version of the Bramble, tradtionally made with gin, lemon juice and blackberry liqueur or creme de mur.

Old Tom

What is it: If you're into clear spirits, shaken drinks and lots of botanics but hate when most such drinks are a touch too sweet, get the Old Tom, with Tanqueray 10 gin, thyme liqueur, passionfruit syrup and kinome and mint leaves
Get if if you like: The creamy tropical/citrus flavors of a Gin Fizz or a Boxcar, but want something even more complex, spicy and aromatic.

Delirious

What is it: You'll only need one of these bad boys—a heady blend of Cyrus Noble American Whisky and Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac is loosened just a bit with La Quintinye Rouge Vermouth and sweetened with dark cassonade sugar.
Get it if you like: The whisky-cognac-vermouth mix will appeal to folks who almost-love the Vieux Carre, but need a touch of sweetness.
