Four purpose-driven chefs have joined forces to deliver a message of food sustainability through their zero-wasted inspired dishes at The Food School Bangkok this Feb 18-19.
Spearheaded by Evelyn Yap, the Singaporean chef behind Bangkok’s sustainable farm-to-table Happivore, the event sees a collaboration among celebrated chefs, from David Hartwig (head chef at 1-star Michelin Igniv Bangkok) to Oliver Truesdale-Jutras and Phoebe Oviedo (Singapore’s Michelin Plate Open Farm Community).
Together, the chefs will use local, organic produce they source across from Thailand to create a unique 7-course-dining experience (B4,700) for 40 diners per night. With its open, intimate kitchen space, patrons can interact and exchange knowledge about food sustainability among themselves and other chefs.
As seats are only available for 40 patrons per night, it’s highly recommended that you reserve your spots early via phone at 085-340-4448. Part of the ticket sales will be donated to
Scholars of Sustenance Thailand - SOS Thailand, a non-profit organization that fights against food waste and hunger in Thailand.
