One of the most anticipated music events of the year, the second edition of the festival had been set to take place at the picturesque setting of Silverlake vineyards on Mar 1.
It was to be headlined by Trent Reznor’s industrial rockers Nine Inch Nails, Swedish garage rockers The Hives, English indie band the Foals, and other big inter acts like The Used, Taking Back Sunday, and Rebelution.
There's no official reason given for the postponement, but rumors abound that it's due to the ongoing political turmoil.
Organizers are offering a full refund (see below). There's no word yet on whether any of the participating bands will be announcing new dates in Thailand.
The first Silverlake festival was held in 2011 and attracted some 12,000 music-lovers.
