Next year is shaping up rather nicely for indie tragics. On top of the big-name lineup for Silverlake Festival, things are also starting to heat up on the gigs front. Hot on the heels of bringing over Canadian slacker Mac DeMarco, gig organizer Have You Heard? are set to present another hipster-approved indie act, American/New Zealand psych-rock trio Unknown Mortal Orchestra. The band, known for their finely-crafted lo-fi sound, will make their Bangkok debut on Jan 22 with such crowd-pleasing tracks as “So Good at Being in Trouble” and “Ffunny Friends.” Advance tickets are B800.
