Two-Michelin-star Chef Alexandre Couillon, owner of La Marine restaurant on Noirmoutier Island, France, will serve a six-course seafood dinner (B7,000 or B9,000 with wines) at VIE Hotel Bangkok (and in V Villas Hua Hin on Oct 5). On the menu will be the chef’s famous homemade seaweed bread along with dishes like langoustine with green peas and minted yoghurt and lobster with grilled asparagus, mussel and salicornia.
