It seems that since moving frequencies from FM104.5 to FM98 at the end of last year, indie radio station Fat Radio has been cursed. First, it faced all sorts of issues hosting Fat Live Smallroom, which had to be postponed until Mar 2. Then, they had to reschedule their 9th Fat T-Shirt Festival from Feb 23 to Jun 29. Now, they’ve had to push it back again till Jul 20—but at least the move means a cool new venue at Airport Rail Link Makkasan. The FAT team explained that the original rescheduling was due to a timing mismatch with sponsors, but when it turned out that the original venue, BITEC, was double-booked, they jumped at the chance to take the festival to the inner-city. On top of a central location, you can still expect the same cool line-up of acts, including the likes of Yellow Fang, Ten to Twelve and Stoondio. Purchased tickets can be used under the same conditions while refunds are available from Thaiticketmajor.
