Esmirada Group's latest restaurant in Singapore offers tapas-style bites and cocktails, including homemade sangria.

If you're in the Orchard area, try the food at new Singapore restaurant Amuse by the Esmirada Group.

This restaurant at Orchard Hotel opened just over two weeks ago and boasts ex-Les Amis culinary heavyweight Armin Leitgeb as its consultant chef.

Nibble on international tapas-style bites such as an Alsace-style salmon tarte flambée with sour cream and chives ($9), beef tartare with horseradish encased in filo pastry cones ($14) and hamachi paired with asparagus and black truffle vinaigrette ($16).

Other highlights include Leitgeb's signature dish, crispy pork crouton with lightly smoked eel ($17) or with ibérico pork belly ($12) and char-grilled Wagyu cubes cooked in hay ($39). As a nod to Leitgeb's roots, there's even traditional Austrian goulash ($21) on the menu.

Boozewise, you'll find cocktails like Amber Bowl ($18), Crack of Dawn ($16) and homemade sangria ($14).
