Rang Mahal (Rembrandt Hotel, Sukhumvit Soi 18, 02-261-7100), one of Bangkok’s leading Indian restaurants, has just introduced a new eight-course “modern degust menu,” featuring modern techniques applied to classic northern Indian dishes like tandoori prawns, Goan soup and masala crusted scallops. Dishes are paired with selected wines. It’s B3,700 per person, and advanced reservations are required.
