Trust The Lo & Behold Group to come up with a cheeky moniker like Extra Virgin Pizza (#01-04 Asia Square, Tower 1, 8 Marina View, 6247-5757), their latest offering which is all set to open this time next week in the CBD.

Extra Virgin will be a casual pizzeria serving up handmade thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas baked fresh in their brick ovens. And if you're wondering about the name, it's really a reference to the purity of extra virgin olive oil, so no need to wear white.

There's also a selection of starters, salads, desserts and weekday breakfast items, as well as Papa Palheta coffee, wine and beer to be had. We're looking forward to getting our hands dirty, cheese and all.
