New to the Emmanuel Stroobant Group is Sque Rotisserie & Alehouse (pronounced s-kyou), also owned by Belgian chef Frederic Pirotte.

This newly-opened 256-seater at The Central bistro promises a homely rotisserie dining concept featuring the likes of Iberico piglet, rib eye bearnaise and goujonette, as well as over 200 types of international beers.
