2. No access to / from Kavadi lane along Serangoon Road

• Baboo Lane

Jan 19-21, 9pm-3am

1. Closure of rightmost lane

• Selegie Road
• Prinsep Street
• Penang Road

2. No access to / from Kavadi lane

• Handy Road towards Cathay
• Prinsep Street

3. Full closure
   

• Clemenceau Avenue towards Orchard Road
