It’s been quite some time since Brassica closed their chicken and doughnut space at Soi Nanglinchee in 2021, moving to Ekkamai in March last year to become the name in innovative Bangkok doughnuts.
Now, their innovative filled doughnuts are available in Sathorn once again with their new spot sharing space with the coffee shop Swerb, opening last month.
From Singaporean chef Cong Wen and his partner, the goodies here are all made with 12-hour rested dough that makes for a dense, bouncy texture. Long-time favorites at this spot include the simple strawberry (B90), but there are some real creative pieces like the leche flan doughnut sandwich (B120) and creme brulee (B90).
Swerb, which opened in July 2021, is a chic, fashionable coffee shop that knows how to have fun—including a selection of craft beers, wines, and savory dishes.
The spot on Ekkamai 12 is still open and both are available for delivery on Lineman, Food Panda, Grab, and Robinhood. But it’s Brassica, so get them early before they sell out.
9/3, Nang Linchi Soi 4, Open Mon-Sat 10:30-6pm.
