The duo behind Rark Authentic Thai Cuisine are bringing lesser-known Thai dishes to Siri Sala Villa.

Following the success of its collaboration with Udon Thani’s much-loved fine-dining restaurant Samuay and Sons, Siri Sala is preparing for the last episode of its Traveling Chefs Series with unsung classic Thai dishes from the local private chef’s table Rark, starting from Nov 11-13.

Falling in love with Bangkok Noi and its riverside community, Irma Go and Kirati Thepsoparn acquired the land and built their dream waterfront villa project Siri Sala and kickstarted the Traveling Chef Series to promote dialogue among chefs and foodies.

For B4,500, the patrons can expect classic-yet-overlooked Thai dishes from Rark’s chef duo Songpol “Save” Barameeanan and Kavee “Tao'' Champanakorn who will be featuring ingredients collected from river yields around Bangkok Noi. The prices also include a boat ride from River City Pier to Siri Sala during sunset, along with welcome refreshments and drinks in the garden. There will also be wines from Fine Wine available by the bottle.
