Much of the United States can’t really go out to celebrate the 4th of July this weekend, thanks to the country becoming a coronavirus-fueled tire fire, but American expats and Independence Day enthusiasts can pick up the slack in Bangkok, thanks to Billy’s Smokehouse.

 

Mahatun Plaza’s barbecue specialist is throwing a 4th of July bash this Saturday (on Jul 4, in case that wasn’t obvious), smoking and grilling up meats like pork spareribs, beef brisket and chicken all day long. To pair with that, you’ll find sides like coleslaw, cornbread, frijoles charros and pecan pie.

 

This year, Billy’s is introducing a new Chicago-style pizza stuffed with ingredients like double pepperoni, BBQ chicken and smoked veggies. You can wash it down all with cold bevvies from the Rogue Embassy (i.e., the Rogue bar inside Billy’s).
