Hong Kong-based chef Arturo Melendez joins Seen’s chef Alexandre to create exclusive menus for two nights only. On Dec 13, the menu spans five courses (B3,800 with drinks pairing), and on Dec 14 the menu expands to six courses (B4,000 with drinks pairing). Limited to 15 people both nights.

The Vesper team have rolled out “Contrast,” a new menu that marries diametrically opposed ideas into unique concoctions like the Moon and Sun (B400), a mix of toasted sunflower seeds, honey Galliano, Cocchi Americano, Tanqueray and sparkling wine, and the Deep/Shallow (B370), which unites seaweed, pineapple, coconut, citrus smoked whisky and Bacardi Carta Blanca.

The Peak at St. Regis Bangkok

 
Until Jan 2, 2020, The St. Regis Bangkok is hosting The Peak, a pop-up countertop where diners can expect to be treated to Swiss fine dining inspired by Andreas Caminada, acclaimed chef-owner of the three-Michelin-starred Schloss Schauenstein, a restaurant housed in a fairytale castle in the Swiss Alps. The pop-up will feature a six-course menu (B3,200++ / person), as well as additional snacks that chef Caminada prepared specially for The Peak.
