The cool kids are back at it with the second edition of Surface's KaoGang series on Apr 5 promising an awesome evening dedicated to khaotom. 

Joining Surface chef Chalee Kader (also of 100 Mahaseth) will be chefs Tam Chudaree from Top Chef Thailand, Weerawat “Num” Triyasenawat of Udon Thani's Samuay & Sons, Prin Polsuk of Someday Everyday and formerly Nahm, and chef Randy Chaichat of Fillets.

They'll be joining forces honor one of Thailand's favorite comfort dishes, the heartwarming rice soup known as khaotom. For B1,000/person, diners will get 20 tokens they can redeem on the night for any of the chefs' 24-dish spread of late-night khaotom dishes.
