Ritz-Carlton’s epic Champagne SuperBrunch returns with a special Monopoly edition
The one brunch to rule them all
If you’ve been to one of Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s annual SuperBrunches before, you already know what’s coming—a themed brunch filled with almost excessive amounts of free-flowing fine food and drink coupled with an equally OTT carnival atmosphere thanks to the entire hotel lobby being reimagined with giant props, roving performances and live music.
This year, SuperBrunch is back come Mar 17 for yet another epic afternoon revelry, and this time, it’s themed after the world’s most popular board game, Monopoly. They’re timing it with the launch of their own bespoke version of the game, which you can purchase at the hotel, or come for the brunch in groups of four and bring one home on the house.
The not-your-average brunch bonanza even extends beyond a single venue, where almost the whole lobby level, including Chihuly Lounge, Colony and the front desk area will be decked with 34 live food stations and four themed cocktail bars for your dining and drinking pleasure.
At those stations, 5J Iberico de bellota, 100 types of cheeses, eight varieties of oysters, four types of caviar, lobster, sea urchin and more premium eats await. If you’re going for the alcohol package (all adults have to), unlimited pours of Ritz’s own Champagne labels, house wines and draft beer will be available too.
And with life-sized Monopoly board game tokens, green and red houses and a jail cell set up as photo ops, this will be one brunch where you won’t be hoping for a get out of jail free card.
SuperBrunch 2019 takes place Mar 17, 12pm-3.30pm at Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. $298 per adult inclusive of free-flow alcohol, or $398 inclusive of unlimited Bollinger La Grande Annee 2007.
