This premium American ice cream parlor lets you customize your ice cream, combining a flavor of your choice along with a selection of toppings. The components get slapped onto a frozen granite slab and manhandled until they're all mixed in. Choose between the Chocolate Devotion (from B129) a combination of chocolate ice cream mixed with brownie, chocolate chips and chocolate fudge, or the Founder's Favourite (from B129) a combination of sweet cream ice cream mixed with brownie, pecan, caramel and fudge.

Paolo Vitaletti, the man who brought us Peppina, has turned his hand to gelato. Already, his Crema company has two branches: Sukhumvit Soi 31 strictly for gelato and Siam Square One for other gluttonous goods like the bomba (Italian donuts filled with Nutella, cream or white chocolate, B89). Our picks of the 18 gelato flavors (B89/scoop) are pistachio, fior di latte (milk) and fresh mango. Don’t miss the Thai standard of ice cream and hot-dog bun reinvented as housemade brioche heaped with gelato (B199).

Our favorites include pistachio (made with real Sicilian pistachio), Arancia & Cioccolato (orange and chocolate), the refreshing pomegranate, and ricotta.

Nestled in the hidden soi of Rama 3, this tiny cafe whips up flavorful craft ice cream using only natural ingredients. Go Coffee started life as a publishing house before a graphic designer couple took the reins and transformed it into a vintage, Instagram-worthy cafe. On top of classics, like chocolate and vanilla, the playful flavors include kanom phing (Thai tapioca cookie) and yogurt jelly. A scoop starts at B40 while they also have a fresh-from-oven apple crumble (B120).

One of Belgium's elite chocolatiers offers more than just truffes (B65/1 pc.) and biscuits to take home. Their franchise stores, decorated with golden shelves, cream-colored sofas and granite countertops, preside over the dark chocolate soft serve (B155), which is extremely smooth and creamy. Taking their cues from Boston’s vibrant ice-cream culture, owners Rarin Tumwattana and Natee Charussuriyong whip up flavorful craft ice cream using quality natural ingredients. Playfully titled flavors include the deliciously milky Don’t Give Up #18 (represents the batch number of her successful trial), Kuppa espresso (made using Kuppa’s locally roasted coffee) and its milder sister named Why Can’t Coffee be White?, as well as sorbets like Virgin Umeshu (plum) and Tokyo Mist (yuzu orange).
