Two-Michelin-star Italian chef to cook up home-style dishes for two nights in Bangkok
His restaurant's New York branch also has three stars from the New York Times.
Italian chef Valentino Marcattilii from two-Michelin-starred San Domenico in Bologna comes to cook at Wine Pub at the Pullman Bangkok King Power hotel this Feb 22-25.
You’ll have a chance to sample some of the restaurant’s classics including the San Domenico egg in raviolo (raviolo with an oozing egg yolk) among other home-style traditional Italian dishes.
The chef’s profile also includes three stars from the New York Times for his restaurant’s New York branch.
