Get into the fall spirit with these delicious pumpkin desserts
Pumpkins, so much more than a Halloween decoration.
The new menu at this Charoenkrung favorite features all sorts of fresh produce and innovative twists, and dessert is no exception. The pumpkin and basil dish (B220) is an opera of different textures, harmonized with beautiful flavors all in one bite: crispy sable with nutty pumpkin seed kick, chewy roast pumpkin and basil seed, cold and aromatic basil ice cream and smooth and sweet pumpkin puree.

This place made a name for itself by making dairy-free versions of everyone's favorite desserts, so it's no surprise their pumpkin pie (B125 a slice) is one of the best in town. The organic pumpkin is pureed with soy milk and poured into a wholewheat pie shell. This leaves you with a slice of pie that tastes decadent and rich but is actually healthy.

This dessert has come out just in time for Halloween. The "Spooky Boy" (B150) is the classic combination of brownie and ice cream, but given a fall-time twist through the addition of pumpkin ice cream. The housemade brownie soaks up the flavor of the pumpkin and the chocolate sauce takes it all to a new level. The sweet treat is an October exclusive so you'd better hurry over if you want to get a bite.
This cycling-centric cafe has a wide range of low-fat desserts including their house-made pumpkin and sesame ice cream (B160) which is sandwiched between two profiteroles with cookie-whipped cream. Sweet yet light, this is one dessert you don't have to feel too guilty about afterwards.
