Spanish restaurant-slash-gin-bar Osito Unique Spanish is getting in on the Euro 2016 excitement by hosting its own world cup of gin. 

Starting Jul 1, the three-month tournament will see 16 top-shelf gin brands (including Martin Miller’s, Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray and many other far more esoteric bottles) go head-to-head under a knock-out format with winners determined by the customers. 

All you have to do is purchase a tasting set (B890 each) comprising two brands of gin served blind and mixed in three different styles—straight up, martini and gin tonic—with a score card to let you tally your vote.

Juicy first-round encounters include Xorigeur Mahon vs. Sipsmith and Colombian White vs. Fords Gin, available from Jul 1-28.

The tournament runs till the end of September with the winner being announced at a closing party on Oct 7. You will be able to follow the results on Osito's Facebook page.
