The Epicurean Journeys Pop-Up Chef Dining Series returns to Singapore for a second year, bringing top chefs from five Luxury Collection hotels to the Fullerton Waterboat House.
Taking place from May 30 to Jun 3, the cast of culinary stars includes Corporate Chef Manjit Gill of ITC Luxury Collection Hotels, India (May 30), Executive Chef Dario Parascandolo of Hotel Danieli, Venice (Jun 1), Executive Sous Chef Manachai Konkangplu of Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok (Jun 2), Executive Chef Sotiris Evangelou of Hotel Grande Bretagne, Athens (Jun 3), and Executive Chef Manuel Gratzl of Hotel Bristol, Vienna (Jun 3).
The first four chefs will present luxurious six-course meals ($128 each, $168 with wine pairings) while Chef Gratzl will prepare a Viennese afternoon tea ($53, $77 with champagne).
