From classical music to the World Gourmet Summit, here’s what you can do in Singapore this week.

THEATER
A globe-trotting dinner theater show from Brisbane, Faulty Towers The Dining Experience is inspired by the classic John Cleese sitcom (the misspelling is on purpose), where you get to play diners in a play starring three nutty hoteliers whose comedy of errors unfolds as you eat a three-course meal. On until Apr 10.
 
CONCERT
Il Divo returns to Singapore for their Amor & Pasion Tour 2016.
 

Tue, Apr 5

THEATER
The legendary off Broadway and Las Vegas Strip act Blue Man Group is in Singapore for the first time, bringing their unique blend of comedy, theater and live music to the MasterCard Theatres at Marina Bay Sands. On until Apr 23.
 
CONCERT
The “Prince of Romance” Richard Clayderman brings a night of his distinctive piano pieces to The Star Theatre.
 
COMEDY
Malaysia’s Kavin Jay headlines the latest edition of Comedy Masala at Hero’s.
 

Wed, Apr 6

FOOD
The World Gourmet Summit is in full swing bringing together top international chefs, local talents and industry experts for a line-up of workshops, talks and dining events. On until Apr 24.
 
FILM
In conjunction with the exhibition Vietnam 1954-1975: War Drawings and Posters from the Ambassador Dato’ N. Parameswaran Collection, the Ngee Ann Kongsi Auditorium at NUS will host a free screening of the film The Quiet American.
 
DRINK

Adapted from the Ramayana, Hanuman – The Superhero Monkey is fun for the whole family. This multi-sensory production is presented by The Little Company of the Singapore Repertory Theatre. On until Apr 30.
 
LITERARY
The creative writing faculty at NTU will be doing a special reading at Artistry. Catch Barrie Sherwood, Boey Kim Cheng, Divya Victor and Tash Aw reading original work.
 
COMEDY
Hong Kong comedian Joanna Sio headlines this week’s Talk Cock Comedy at Blu Jaz.
 

Fri, Apr 8

ART
In collaboration with the Centre Pompidou, the National Gallery has just launched Reframing Modernism, an exhibition that pushes common perceptions of the movement. Works by Asian Modernist-era painters such as Georgette Chen and Le Pho appear alongside European biggies Matisse and Kandinsky, on loan from the Pompidou collection. On until Jul 17.
 
THEATER
If you missed the Sight Lines production of Lord of the Flies last week, you have another opportunity to see it as presented by (aside), the Yale-NUS Repertory Theatre Company.
