This month is shaping up to be a busy one, with The Comedy Club's first international show of the year, the Singapore Motor Show, and the M1 Fringe Festival happening this week. You can also chinwag at the latest art exhibitions to prep (or brace) yourselves for Singapore Art Week.
PARTY
Brendon P. is playing funk, soul and house tonight at Ce La Vi's Dysko Monday.
MUSIC
Local electronic band Canvas Conversations will play a free gig at the Esplande today. Check them out if you haven't already.

COMEDY
Comedy Masala opens today, with funny man Nick Coppin, who performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival taking the spotlight. Expect some commentary on life in Europe vs Asia.

The M1 Fringe Festival is back, with this year's theme being Art and the Animal. Check out a play about a mousedeer, a cheeky dance titled "Doggy Style" and a thought-provoking discussion, "When Bitch meets Butch." More highlights here.
Pooja Nansi is hosting Speakeasy, a monthly spoken word showcase, this time centered around the theme of animal instincts.

Nassim Hill Bakery Bistro Bar is having a Ladies' Night, where free-flow prosecco is available after 4pm after spending $25.

The Comedy Club is presenting their first international show, with Mary Bourke from Ireland, Prince Badi from Somalia/the UK who performed with Louis CK.

The Singapore Motor Show will be dedicated to all car related things, ranging from vehicles, to products and services. But the highlight of this event is famous stunt driver Russ Swift, who will be giving driving exhibitions at this show.
