5 places to celebrate the Fourth of July in Singapore
Celebrate the red, white and blue with some beer pong and all-American food.
Fourth of July is mostly just an excuse to party like you still belong in college, with all that beer pong, barbecue and dusk-till-dawn partying. But America's been in the news for lots of great reasons the past couple weeks, so we're feeling extra festive. (Doesn't hurt that it falls on a Saturday this year.) Here's where to go celebrate in Singapore.
Celebrate everything USA with a day party at a cool underground space. There will be lots of beer pong, cotton candy machines, popcorn and lots of drinks here. This is a ticketed event, so make sure to get yours beforehand.
This Circular Road craft beer bar and SoCal restaurant celebrates its grand opening on the Fourth of July. Craft beer on tap aside, there will be a beer pong table, hand-pumped beers, jello shots, sparklers and an all-American menu with ribs involved. How much of a throwback to frat parties do you need?
Chill out on the first floor and groove hard on the second floor. It's a party day of cool ska, funk, motown, soul and boogie by DJs Carl Hinds, Andrew M, NuttyRudy, The Gonzo and Major Lens
The Thai restaurant has upped its bar program and this industry night is no different. They're celebrating American Independence Day with a selection of classic American-inspired cocktails by new bartender Jay Gray. Oh, and lots of hip hop tunes, too.
Dress in your beach best for a Stars & Stripes beach party on Sentosa. LA-born Parrish James and Tyler Made will be spinning all-American jams and hip hop classics all day long. Plus, there's beer pong and a beautiful beachside sunset, too.
