Siam@Siam's French restaurant launches a new Sunday brunch
We like it for the 25th-floor views of Siam and the Burgundian egg Meurette.
Siam@Siam's French restaurant La Vue exploits its 25/F daytime views of downtown Bangkok with this new Sunday brunch.
Vivre la France (B1,550) takes place every Sunday from noon-3pm, serving a selection of cold cuts, cheese, oysters and small plates at the buffet, as well as egg dishes and mains on the a la carte menu.
Highlights for us include egg dishes like the Burgundian egg Meurette (egg poached in red wine with bacon and shallots) and mains like the pan-seared duck foie gras with caramelized pear and rosemary gravy, and rabbit with orange sauce and prune (though the a la carted dishes do change weekly).
To drink, it’s B299 for the non-alcohol package, B599 for wine, beer and cocktails, and B999 for Champagne and special cocktails.
La Vue, 25/F, Siam@Siam Design Hotel & Spa, 865 Rama 1 Rd., 02-217-3070. Open daily 6:30-11pm. BTS National Stadium
