There's a Thai craft beer festival happening on a boat this Saturday (Sep 23).

But you’ll have to get yourself to Koh Kret, all the way up in Nonthaburi, if you want to jump aboard Craft / Cruise – Manifesto 9, which sets off from the island’s pioneering Chit Beer homebrew bar at 6pm (registration at 5pm).

The three-hour cruise will give you chance to catch the sunset along the Chao Phraya River, before dropping you off at Phra Athit Pier or another pier of your choice.

The event is organized by The Privateer x Mitr Craft, a collective of the country’s leading brewers, so expect to try brews from labels like Chitbeer, Devanom, Lazy Cats, Wizard Beer, Mickleheim and Red Stone.

Early bird tickets are B1,500 or it'll be B1,700 on the door, including two drink tickets and unlimited barbecue. Door tickets are not guaranteed—give them a call first at 089-799-1123 or 084-360-6633.

Also, stay tuned for Mitr Craft's new craft beer cooperation which will provide a licensed space for craft beer newbies to brew their beer, properly and legally.
