Specialty beer store Beercraft now open at Albert Court
Beer retail store Beercraft is now open at Albert Court offering 60 different labels from Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Beercraft, a beer retail store owned by classical musicians Tay Kai Tze and Lim Yean Hwee, is now open at Albert Court offering 60 different labels (from $5/bottle) from Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Each beer is imported in a small quantities (they usually have one 24-bottle carton of each type) and the selection includes varieties from cult favorite brand BrewDog such as their Punk IPA ($8.10) and Libertine Black Ale ($11.90). Plus, more mainstream brews such as Samuel Adams Boston Lager ($7.30) and James Boag Premium Lager ($6.50). There are also ciders like Weston's Organic Cider ($10.20) and Thatcher's Pear ($9.90).
The co-owners picked the Albert Court location as they thought their cozy outlet, which sports a natural look with plenty of oak wood accents, would fit right in to the quiet neighborhood.
