If you haven’t been seeing event flyers for parties and indie gigs at Sonic Ekamai, it’s simply because it has been under renovation since Oct 3. As much as we miss the venue and the goings-on there, we’re told it is scheduled to re-open this December. The post-renovation Sonic will arrive with, of course, a new interior design and a lot more air conditioners to make sure your makeup on Trasher night won’t melt your face.
