The old menu had been around nearly as long as Prayut.
One of Thonglor’s pioneering cocktail speakeasies, Rabbit Hole, has launched a new cocktail menu for the first time in seven years.

The new menu features 26 new drinks based on the English alphabet and was created by the Rabbit Hole team, led by Supawait “Palm” Muttarattana (formerly Vesper, Backstage, to name a few), and Noppasate “Depp” Hirunwathit.

With the A is for Apple you’ll get a cocktail with, you guessed it, apple ingredients (red apple, fermented raspberry, Campari, Ketel One vodka, green apple, giant water bug mousse, B420.). The K for Kimchi is red cabbage, kimchi brine, chili, absinthe, shochu, and Tanqueray London Dry Gin (B420), and the M for Matcha is matcha, tonka bean, black salt, Pedro Ximénez Sherry, Ardbeg 10YO, and Bulleit Rye (B460). The P for Paradise goes for tropical vibes with mango, jasmine, clarified coconut milk, Agricole Rhum, and Tanqueray London Dry Gin (B420).

The menu, available now, is the first since the bar opened its wooden speakeasy doors in 2016, lurking between Soi 5 and 7 in Thonglor. The team was also behind the opening of Crimson Room, a BAD Awards 2023 runner up for live best music bar, in 2019.

Rabbit Hole,125 Sukhumvit Soi 55 (Thonglor), 098-532-3500. Open daily 7pm-2am.
