Please, sir. I want some more cocktails.

Named for “The Pickwick Papers,” the first novel from Charles Dickens, Pickwicks Chronicles in Langsuan is hoping to mirror the elegance of Dickens—though hopefully not the squalor, workhouses, and greedy uncles.

Opening last month, the Pickwicks Chronicles features flights of gin, signature cocktails, and wine, with drinks designed by resident cocktail expert Gabriel Robert Gilga. The gin flights in particular come particularly recommended.

With the odd touch of crystal and peacock Victoriana, the new space is set over two floors, with bars on each, making this a spot that could be used for an upscale private party.

Pickwicks Chronicles features “Industry Nights” on Mondays and Tuesdays with buy-one-get-one deals, and ladies’ night is held every Thursday with discounts on Prosecco.

Keep an eye on this spot for guest shifts and team ups; already this spot has worked with David Robinson, Brand Ambassador of Franklin and Sons for the first of their “Chronicles” sessions.

76/10,  Lumpini, 098-494-6727. Open daily 6pm-late.
