Reconstituted champagne, reusable bottles, and you can take the menu home and grow it.
Rosewood Bangkok’s sky-high bar Lennon’s has launched a new cocktail menu in collaboration with Eco Spirits, Kosapan Distillery, and Sea’s Kombucha.

Eco Spirits is a close-loop, reusable alcohol bottles system to help reduce glass bottle waste. The menu offers four drinks using infusions of Kosapan liquor.

Start with the balanced Eco Som (B500) uses Kosapan Orange mixed with salty fermented mango with a dash of honey to add a hint of saltiness. Then, move to the Eco Koko (B530), a mix of Plantation Dark Rum, Kosapan Cacao (in collaboration with Kad Kokoa), Sea’s coffee, and passionfruit kombucha—reminiscent of biting into a bar of chocolate.

Finish off with the floral Eco Mali (B640): Tried & True vodka, Kosapan Jasmine, raspberry, and re-carbonated champagne. Hotels always have leftover champagne that turns flat and the team saves it, re-carbonates it, and reuses it to make this drink.

If you don’t drink booze, there’s the Eco Soon [zero] (B450), perfect if you like a negroni but are staying sober.

For a final sustainable twist, this special menu is printed on sustainable compostable paper embedded with tree seeds which guests can take home and grow.
