Taking their name from the song “Ladytron” by Roxy Music, this British band specializes in synth-heavy, new wave pop tunes fronted by the ethereal vocals of Helen Marnie and Bulgarian Mira Aroyo. With five studio albums under their belts and various musical collaborations they have a global cult following, Ladytron has been dubbed “the best of British pop” by leading electro-ambient music god (and former Roxy Music keyboardist) Brian Eno.
