“We will be showcasing various performances in the space,” Kangkao creative director and DJ Payu Von Buren told Coconuts. “The six events will be mainly music-based with immersive lighting surrounded by different set installations to immerse you even more into the setting.”
“In between those six events we are working to use the space as a function hall for exhibitions of art, fashion, lifestyle.”
The first event, titled ‘Into the Unknown’, took place on Saturday (May 27).
In addition to the tunes, expect home-cooked Pakistani, Peruvian and Vietnamese food by social platform Na Project. All proceeds made from food sales will be donated to refugee families and the youth training program at Sati Non-Profit.
