Any party that has a "Wheel of Death" will get some attention

Khaosan Road’s biggest club is throwing a weekend bash to celebrate the Day of the Dead—the annual Mexican holiday with indigenous roots dating back as long as 2,500 years. The actual Day of the Dead celebrations take part on Nov 2 around the world, but this event lights up this Saturday from Oct. 27-31. It’s a part pre-Halloween, part pre-Day of the Dead party if you think about it. The DJ roster includes Monito, Dear Re Rox and Mizz G, and there will also be a “Wheel of Death”, live performances, photobooth games, giveaways and all-night promotions. If you show up a little early in the night you can catch the DOTD-themed parade bouncing around Khaosan from 9:30-11:30pm.

Oct. 27-31, 9pm-3am. The Club, 123 Khao San Rd., 02-629-2255
