Recently joining rising the Silom dining scene after
Le Du,
Namsaah Bottling Trust is located in a beautiful pink old villa with a checkered history that has seen it be the residence of a royal aide-de-camp, a soda company’s bottling office, and the headquarters of a bank.
Now it has been transformed once again with the ground floor dominated by a large bar which has a real focus on cocktails, there are over 30 to choose from, which cover the classics plus new specialty mixes utilizing Asian flavor notes.
One of the partners is renowned local chef Ian Kittichai but the food downstairs will focus on playful bar bites with regional influences. The first floor of the wooden villa, which is decked out in bright patterned wallpaper and featuring lots of regional artefacts, offers more formal dining and an a la carte menu of regional favorites.
The soft opening period starts tonight (Jun 20) at 5pm. Watch this space.
